BUILDING DESIGN

We can autonomously follow the whole bureaucratic process concerning the building procedures. We follow the Project Management step by step starting from the design phase, which is fundamental for the success of the building construction/renovation.

According to the type of intervention, we draw up a preliminary study to accurately define the project development, considering how to obtain the necessary permits released by authorised bodies and preparing the following building practices:

CADASTRAL UPDATING ALSO WITH THE AID OF TOTAL STATIONS FOR LAND REGISTRY MAPS AND LAND FRAGMENTATION
